Welcome to Kingdom Care Auto Repair LLC ("we," "our," "us"). By using our mobile mechanic services ("Services") through our website located at https://kingdomcareauto.com (the "Site"), you ("you" or "Customer") agree to abide by and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms").
Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services.

1) Acceptance of Terms
By scheduling, authorizing, or receiving automotive repair services from Kingdom Care Auto Repair LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms of Service. These Terms incorporate requirements of the California Bureau of Automotive Repair (“BAR”) and protections under California law.

2) Services
We provide mobile mechanic services including but not limited to: diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs performed at customer locations. Availability may vary depending on location, scheduling, and parts availability.

3) Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By requesting or receiving Services, you confirm that you are of legal age and capable of entering into a binding agreement.

4) Estimates
All quotes are estimates only and may change if additional work or parts are required. ​Customers will be notified of changes in cost before additional work is performed. Taxes will be applied at invoicing. No work will begin without your written, electronic, or oral authorization, documented by us, per BAR’s Write It Right guidelines. The final work orders will include the estimate, approved changes, and the vehicle’s odometer reading (16 CCR § 3353).

5) Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate information about their vehicle (year, make, model, VIN if requested). Failure to do so may result in delays or inability to provide the requested services.

Obtain property owner/HOA permission if required.

Remove personal belongings from the vehicle. We are not responsible for items left inside.

Disclose known issues or modifications before service.

Provide a safe, legal, and reasonably level workspace for mobile repairs.

You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is in a condition suitable for the requested service. If we find the vehicle is unsafe or unsuitable for repair, we may refuse to provide service.

6) Labor, Parts and Warranties

Labor Warranty: Workmanship is warranted for 90 days or 5,000 miles, whichever occurs first, limited to the specific labor performed.

Company Supplied Parts: Unless otherwise noted, parts installed are new. Used, rebuilt, or reconditioned parts will be identified in writing.

Customer Supplied Parts: No warranty will be applied. All customer supplied parts will be at the customer's request and risk, any warranties will are solely between the customer and the seller/manufacturer.

Exclusions: Warranties do not cover normal wear, abuse, neglect, modifications, accidents, unrelated component failures, pre-existing conditions, or natural disasters.

7) Limitation and Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kingdom Care Auto Repair LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or damage to the vehicle due to unforeseen circumstances, misuse, or other factors beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.

8) Cancellation and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 Hours before the scheduled service without incurring a fee. Cancellations or reschedules less than 24 Hours within may be subject to a $30 fee unless waived at our discretion. We may reschedule or cancel service due to unsafe conditions, weather, or hazards.

8) Payment Terms
Standard Labor Rate: $125/hour
Payment for Services must be made in full upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, cash, Venmo, Zelle. Prices for Services are available on our website and are subject to change.

9) Returns and Refunds
All sales are final. No returns or refunds will be issued for services performed or parts installed.
This does not limit or exclude your rights under our labor warranty (90 days or 5,000 miles on workmanship and company supplied parts) or other rights you may have under California law.
Customer supplied parts are installed at the customer’s own risk and are not covered by any warranty.
Refunds for incomplete or unsatisfactory services, if any, are at our sole discretion and do not affect your warranty or legal rights.

10) Service Area
Our Services are offered in specific areas of California. Please check our website or contact us to confirm whether we can service your location.

11) Mechanics Lien Rights
Under California Civil Code §§ 8400–8494, we may secure payment by recording a mechanic’s lien against the vehicle or property if payment is not made.

12) Privacy Policy
Data is protected under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). We collect and store vehicle and customer information only for providing services and complying with BAR requirements.For details, see our Privacy Policy at Kingdomcareauto.com/privacy.

13) Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms shall be exclusively brought in the courts located in Contra Costa County, California.

14) Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal discussions. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

15) Customer Acknowledgment
By scheduling services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service, available at https://kingdomcareauto.com/terms or upon request.

​16) Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the updated version on our website. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of our Services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
